Overview
Interns will take on the critical task of optimizing our communication strategies to enhance participant recruitment for research studies and events. Your role will involve setting up and refining our UTM tracking system, analyzing social media and email communication effectiveness, and contributing to the development of content that can improve the traffic and search engine ranking of our new website in development.
Students pursuing an MS in Business Analytics, MBA/MS in Digital Technology, MS in Engineering, MS in Computer Sciences, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with digital analytics platforms and understanding of UTM tracking.
Expertise in interpreting data sets to derive actionable insights.
Competence in crafting reports that effectively communicate findings.
Skill in navigating privacy considerations within digital analytics, upholding user consent and data protection standards.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage UTM parameters to track the performance of various digital communications accurately.
Analyze data from social media, email campaigns, and website traffic to identify trends and insights that drive engagement and conversion.
Work collaboratively with the Communications team to refine content strategy based on data-driven insights.
Conduct research on the latest digital privacy updates and develop strategies to maintain effective analytics in compliance with privacy standards.

What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
If you pass this stage, you will have a live interview. If you pass the live interview, you will be formally accepted to our Leadership and Management Trainee Program for your practicum or internship.
How long does the recruitment process take?
Once we receive your application, we will evaluate your responses within a week. If you pass the initial screening process, we will schedule your live interview for the following week. If you are selected, you should receive a formal acceptance letter within three weeks of your video submission. The entire recruitment process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
If I am offered a position, when do I need to start?
We have internship and practicum opportunities available in Spring, Summer, and Fall. If you are offered a position, we will arrange a start date based on your availability and circumstances.
