We invite you to answer two video questions. Please note the following:
You should respond to all questions in English.
Keep responses brief: Videos should be no longer than three minutes each.
You have three retakes for video questions. The production quality of your videos does not affect our decision (i.e., camera and microphone). We simply want to assess your responses to these questions.
We recommend you complete the interview on a laptop or desktop computer. If you have any technical issues, please contact Hirevire support via chat (see the red button located at the bottom right-hand side of the screen).
Good luck! We look forward to reviewing your application.
What is the next stage in the recruitment process?
If you pass this stage, you will have a live interview. If you pass the live interview, you will be formally accepted to our Leadership and Management Trainee Program for your practicum or internship.
How long does the recruitment process take?
Once we receive your application, we will evaluate your responses within a week. If you pass the initial screening process, we will schedule your live interview for the following week. If you are selected, you should receive a formal acceptance letter within three weeks of your video submission. The entire recruitment process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
If I am offered a position, when do I need to start?
We have internship and practicum opportunities available in Spring, Summer, and Fall. If you are offered a position, we will arrange a start date based on your availability and circumstances.
